What is your new client procedure?

Please call us or send a text message to (805) 657-2511. If leaving a message, please include your name, phone number, clinician preference, and your preference between text and phone call communication. From there, we will match you with the appropriate clinician for a consultation call.

Which insurance plans do you accept?

We are in network with the following plans:​​ Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield/Magellan, Cigna, Aetna, Optum, and United Behavioral Health.

How much will my copayment be?

As a courtesy service, we verify your insurance benefits, including copay and deductible prior to your first visit. 

I don’t have my insurance card with me, can I still receive treatment?

To properly bill insurance, we will need information included on your insurance card to file in our payment system. Once you are registered as a client, you will receive an invitation to your online client portal. There, online, you may submit your insurance information to be securely stored for payment following HIPAA guidelines.
